Pay a visit to a working horse ranch and discover how simple machines are used to get work done. Learn about the six simple machines -inclined plane, wedge, screw, lever, pulley and wheel-and-axle. Go on a simple machine scavenger hunt where you’ll spot simple machines and meet the ranch horses. Finish up by making your own simple machine in our classroom.
